The cubicle jungle. The rat race. Middle management. TPS reports. The office can truly be a nightmare. If the sheer monotony doesn’t kill you, your desk just might put the nail in the coffin.
But fear not, for there is hope!
3 years ago, amid increasingly poor posture, constant aches and pain in my wrists, and a general disdain for cubicle hell, I was ready to throw in the towel on my desk job.
As a last ditch effort, I decided to embark on a new regime of weight training and improved workstation ergonomics. It may have saved my life.
Now, I am in the best shape of my life. My posture has improved dramatically. The aches and pains have subsided. My work is less sedentary. My daily motions are less repetitive.
This blog is my story.
